I’m looking for a “End of Day / Sales Report Form” for reporting to the headquarters the daily sales. We have been using an excel spreadsheet from long time ago. The problem that we have is that there are 20 branches that use the same excel, and sometimes they mix up with the formulas and erase the information on Excel. They also have to use an external service to email it ( outlook, hotmail, etc.) and the history of the emails sent remain in the computer, making it risky in a situation of computer stealing and for data security.
Another issue is that we need to separate the information an email to different departments, so that makes to type twice the information because an excel is sent to accounting with all the details of the sales and another form is sent to the owners to review just the total amount.
We use this form to report to owners of the company every day sales:

As you can see.. the form ask for:
1. Branch (Sucursal)
2. Date (Fecha)
3. Total Cash (Total Efectivo)
4. Total Credit Card (Total tarjetas)
5. Total Sales (Total Ventas)

Then I need that the form is printed as it is for accounting and then only the total sales row is emailed to the owners.
Our employees are not that “smart” to work with excel and that is why I was thinking of a web form where they don’t have to worry about using excel to fill the blanks and using outlook to email…
