Custom Real Estate Website

Hello, Thank you for viewing my project. I need a very serious and able professional to build a custom website. I need a very clean looking and quick-loading functional site preferably with at least basic SEO completed if not I will hire someone else to do the basic SEO but I prefer to keep all work with the person hired. Every single page will need basic SEO for that specific page including title, description, and keywords. The site needs to be very similar to and have the functionality such as virtualfsbo com and it must be a hand coded custom site. View this reference site completely. 1. I do not want the International parts of the referenced site. My site is going to be a strictly USA real estate site. So any reference to anything international including Canada will not be needed from the referenced site. You will need to put my domain name (I will give to person i hire) in all areas as they are currently on the referenced site. Please review the ENTIRE referenced site as I will assume you understand every aspect and will have the ability to complete and PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE ACCEPTING MY OFFER IF ONE IS GIVEN TO YOU RESPECTFULLY!! If you review the site you will see it has several extras such as a mortgage calculator, weather info specific to city and state, new listing alerts, email homeowner, print flyer, bookmark this listing, real estate forms, property value and more. Even though these are simple/easy extras I want you to ensure to yourself and me what you will be doing and that we both are on agreement PRIOR to starting this project as I expect my site to have all of the same!! I will need an easy to use/user friendly powerful admin panel to edit any and all changes to all pages including the Title, Description and Keywords. I want to use Mapquest or Google maps instead of Yahoo maps as used on the referenced site. I want a more user friendly overall design and logo made as well. And yes I want Google adsense on my site. I already have the adsense code which can be added once the site has been completed. All emails throughout site must be verified PRIOR to being approved for an account with my site. This can be verified via responding to email automatically sent from site. Whenever a person sends in a want ad or signup for service they must be emailed verified. This is something I want completed so as to minimize spam and the like. You will need to insert my paypal information. (Paypal payment email and ensure payment working) in all areas requiring payment on site. This site is VERY IMPORTANT to me so please do not bid if you cannot produce what I am looking for. I would much rather have you take a little more time than rush and do a spotty job:) I have a perfect record as an employer. You need to have a top ranking here on Freelancer to be considered. No payment will be released until it has been completed and any/all corrections made and I have reviewed the site completely and deem it complete and the site is uploaded to my server. 50% of the fee will be escrowed upon awarding and acceptance of this project. You agree to give at least 60 days support via email/PMB for any nuances not noticed right away and any bugs etc to the site and/or code or any other items that I may have missed on the referenced site.
