Creating a new website wich a CMS and a webstore based on the excisting site

To start with the deadline, i have indicated a deadline of 7 days, but this is an estimate. What i need is this project be finished as soon as possible. So if you need more time or less, let me know. One of my clients has a website wich is outdated and hosted at a location where he can't reallocate the site, because it's made in the CMS of the hosting company, so he can't go to another hoster without losing his site. Therefor we need a new website based on the current website. The site is: <[login to view URL]> What we need is to remake this website in a new CMS system wich CAN be moved and is still easy to maintain. We have to update the website to the standards of today. For an example, you can see the site is made up in 768x500 size wich is not a size wich is currently used by all the sites wich are online today. We need a webstore / OScommerce in the site, because the customer is running a store and also is using the webstore where his customers can order things. All this must be in the same style and layout as the current website and the CMS must be as easy as possible to use. I encountered once a programmer wich had made a CMS where i need to use translate buttons etc to adjust the text, as you and i know, this is not nessecary. So keep in mind that it should be simple to use. One additional thing. My client has made a virtual tour and this should also be visible in the website. An example: <[login to view URL]> Click on a image and turn around and walk trough the environment. As you noticed, there are blue arrows in the virtual tour, this brings you to a new place. The virtual tour of my client is made in his store and what my clients wants is that when you click on a blue arrow, you will be redirected to a page in the webstore. I think this is not difficult and i will supply the nessecary information if needed.
