I want to rebuild this site from scratch with new web coding. This site is currently very table heavy and rather than cleaning it up I want to start from scratch. I want to go with a more tableless coding that is W3c compliant and is more seo friendly.
I would like to use php includes for the header and footer and other areas you may suggest.
I have a new top navigation for the site and a new design layout but will listen to any advice that would make the site better and cleaner.

Use H1, H2. H3...etc. properly.
I have the top navigation in psd.
I would be able to send the entire site with all images, etc.
The site currently has a hover image feature which will need to stay.
Lets talk to nail down exactly what needs to be done. I have no problem going over the entire site with the bidder.
