Create Printable Report from MySQL Data

We have a PHP-based web application that stores data in a MySQL database. For this project you will create a function that will output data from the database to a printed report when the “Print Report” button is clicked in the application. The format (layout) of the report is predefined and can be seen in the attached sample report. The report will consist of several images (logo, etc.), fixed text, text variables and numeric variables from the database. The report has 5 different page layout types, however, the actual report may be longer since 2 of the page types may be repeated several times within the report. 1) There is some logic that would need to be employed when printing the report. Please see the attached document for details. 2) The text within the report is a combination of fixed text (that will be the same in all reports) and text/numeric values that will come from the database. 3) The report should be printable on a printer but also should be printable to pdf. The text and images in the print report should be crisp and clear. The print quality should be comparable to printing a document in Microsoft Word.
