Craigslist Crawler

Looking to have a craigslist crawler web application built. I'm open to different solutions but all must include: MySQL database PHP Also looking to have an auto-responder setup so if the listing includes the words: "Selling a Boat" it will send a pre-defined e-mail. (Should be an administrator section to setup responders and messages) Should store all information in a well optimized database and index appropriately. Search function will need to be included. ## Deliverables Should be able to search by date, type of listing, compensation (for job listings) telecommute, contract jobs, internship Should include more advanced search options like: "Apple | Banana" will return results for Apple OR banana "Apple !rotten" will return results for Apple that doesn't include rotten "Apple & Peach" returns result for both apple and peach Auto-responder should have the same options so when the crawler crawls it will check to see if the listing TITLE has the search options or the Details has the options. In the auto-responder settings I should be able to set to just check title otherwise it does both. Should respond with correct e-mail template (needs to be a rich text editor) Admin should also see a list of all the auto-responses and a total number when logging into the control panel. ability to delete or modify auto-responces ability to change crawl settings (how often to check, what cities to check) This project should also allow for multiple user logins - they can change which cities to search for - and have their own unique auto-responders
