Hello. I know ownCloud well. I installed it many times, also I developed some specific extension (app) and even I modified code for specific customer requests. Usually I used unix-like operations systems but just yesterday I installed it on Windows server (somewhere in US). Also I can recommend low price VPS server with 20GB SSD for $5 per month. And to install ownCloud there. Also I tried seafile, pydio. But I like ownCloud much more than others
