Clothing Measuring App

I am looking for someone to develop a Chrome extension to help me measure clothing for my online store. I want to select male or female then have a list of clothing types (shirt, pant, dress) display. I would then select the item type and a default picture would be shown, a list of required measurements are displayed and I would be able to upload my own picture which could be drawn on to display the measurements on the picture of the clothing. Then I want to be able to download the picture so that I can list it on my site. I have created a mockup that represents the UI if I wanted to add measurements to a pair of pants. I would like a template built so that I can enter different types of clothes myself. I would like to be able to add different measurements and different default photos as well. I am simply looking for a skeleton that I will be able to manage. The logic of what default picture and what measurements are required based on the item selected would need to be somewhat intuitive so that I could manage this myself.
