Class(es) to manage forms in a webpage (Javascript)

Your work is to create a class (or classes) in javascript to manage forms. The main idea of this project is that my application has lots of data and I need to display forms to capture changes by users. Also, I want to manage a separation between the data and the way it is shown to users. In short in this project, the class (es) -reads the form elements, options, and layout from a data structure (to be defined - maybe json or xml - you need to recommend an option) -read the previously selected options from an object (you need to recommend an option for the object based on a existing object which was ported from java). -display it (create a form in a popup window) and after the user has changed or selected new options, it updates the object with the selected options.
