CSS Help and Web Page Drop Down Menu Button Addition

I have a site that includes a few pages and css style sheet, etc. The site has menu tabs across the top. I need those menu tabs to have drop down boxes included when the user hovers over them. For example, if a menu tab has "Contact Us" then when the user hovers their mouse over it, a box would drop down with other options to navigate to, for example, Customer Support, Employment Information, Street Address etc. I need the functionality to be easy to modify as I will use it on other menu tabs so if it can tie into the style sheet or use some java script that would be great. I can install everything I would just need instructions and the modified files. I also have a small issue with the style sheet that concerns an image being relocated without messing up the rest of the page. These should be easy fixes for someone who knows what they are doing. I need these changes as soon as possible so the coder with prompt response time to my emails and a good history will get the job.
