Budget Package

I am looking to have a budgeting site built. It is for the airline engineering industry. It needs to break out information and costs of manufacturing based upon what those items and costs are for different countries. We will require 22 pages of information per city. Each city page represents a different aspect of manufacturing and each page has between 20 and 35 costs defined. Each city labels the same items, but the costs are different. We need ability to edit the costs on any given page. We are looking to model the interaction similar to how [login to view URL] both in navigation and presentation. Please do not bid if you are just looking to model our site on an existing template as this is not a template based project. If you have done something similar, great. But you need to have a portfolio of javascript/php/ajax level work. Thank you for considering this project.
