A company with experienced PHP programmers needed

Hi, This is a tender for hiring a company having experienced PHP programmers. Our agreement includes the following terms: A. The company responsibilities: 1. The company will finish all tasks on 27th of April 2. The company will test all sections on 28th of April 3. The company will deliver the completed tasks on 29th of April, 10 am CDT time. 4. The company will agree that experienced PHP programmers will be working on the project 5. The company will fix all bugs withing 1 month for a free of charge 6. The company will deliver all source code which will be very clean and professionally written 7. The company will cooperate with our project manager and the programmer. 8. The company will agree that our codes will not be used for other needs, all codes will be owned by us. B. Our responsibilities: 1. The bid amount will be deposited on an escrow account and all money will be released immediately 2. We will post a positive review and give a good recommendation C. Penalty: 1. 5% daily penalty fee will apply if the company does not finish the completed tasks on the deadline day (28th of April) which will be deducted from the escrow. D. Tasks 1.
