Blackberry Live Help/Crafty Syntax Interface

I am currently utilizing "Crafty Syntax Live Help" ([login to view URL]) on my website. Crafty Syntax is an open source live support solution that allows for customer support with live help chatting functionality. It is programmed in PHP with Mysql for the database and java for the visitor detection & chatting (as far as I can tell.) The only limitation I have with the software is that someone must be logged into our website in order to interact with the customers and I would like to make this mobile using the Blackberry.

I am accepting bids for someone to write a blackberry (Model: Curve 8130) program that will run in the background on the device and notify the user of the Blackberry when someone is requesting a live chat and allow the user to chat with the customer on the website (using Crafty Syntax) directly from the Blackberry.

I may have some follow up work after this project for the individual or company who receives the award to make an additional program available for the Palm Treo as well.
