BlackBerry S/W for Physical Inventory

Develop software on BlackBerry (BB) to do Physical Inventory (PI). The software must be as following:
- Able to use camera (including its auto-focus capability) for these purposes: (1) take picture of QR Code label and translate it, and (2) take any picture and save it into local storage.
- Able to read GPS location as location of asset item.
- Able to use GPRS and/or WIFI to connect to our internal database server via BES infrastructure.
- Able to be used on location without network connection (no GPRS and WIFI signal). First, it should download required data (PI assignment, asset data, etc) from internal database into local database (storage) before executing PI.

Requirement:

Definitions:
BB = BlackBerry device. Assuming Javelin (8900).
PI = Physical Inventory.
PISW = BB S/W to do PI activity. It is the S/W that we want you to develop.
PIUser = User of PISW. Main activity: Do PI.
PIDB = Internal database for PI. Using MS SQL 2008.
TagID = ID written in QR Code label (labelling asset item).
Coordinator = PIC who gives PI assignments to PIUser.
