I work from a home office, and currently sign up (commit) for work blocks in 30 minute blocks (which I will call a "Seat" on a Java based schedule thru Iexplorer. This is a 7 day, 24 hours/day schedule that is constantly updating itself. A new schedule is released (rollout) on Thursdays, at 09:00 est. On the initial rollout, the whole next week, Fri 00:00 thru Thu 24:59 becomes available. On the initial rollout I am given 15 commits in my budget, to choose from any 15 "Seats" that show up as(Green=available), from a % of all Seats for the whole week. When I click on an available "Seat", it turns (Blue=commited) and by budget is reduced by 1 for each 30 minute "Seat" of time I commit to . Then, at 15:00, 15 more commits are added to my budget, and the balance of Fri-Sat-Sun seats, along w/ a % of Mon thru Thu seats are released. Then again at 21:00, 15 more commits in my budget with more Mon thru Thur seats, again Fri at 15:00, 15 more in my budget w/more Mon thru Thur seats, and finally Fri at 21:00, 20 more to my budget w/the balance of Mon thru Thur seats are rolled out. As I work a commit, or decide to release a commit, it is put back into my available budget.

This schedule is constantly changing due to many reasons, other agents releasing seats, more agents required than determined with the initial rollout, etc. As it is now, I almost have to continously watch the schedule for Green seats to show up, and try to click on them with my mouse, before (quicker than) any other agent in order to get the times I would prefer to work. This involves almost as many hours to get work, as it actually involves hours worked!!

I would like a program, that would automatically grab pre-assigned seats that I want, as they become available?
