Article Wizard Advantages

We need an expert article written on the advantages/disadvantages of using a Wizard style interface in a desktop or web application. The article will have three sections, a non-technical business advantages/disadvantages, a technical advantages/disadvantages, and a comparison chart that concisely shows the advantages/disadvantages. The winning bidder will receive three keyword phrases that will need to be in the content of the article. The content is more important than the than the keywords. The keywords will need to naturally flow into the article.
