AMZ Web service SDK: Java with Eclipse: Make it run(repost)

I need a developer who can make the attached JAVA SDK run using Eclipse. This Java SDK is provide by Amazon for managing sales. It has a great ReadMe document. SDK is attached in the project. We are a complete C# .NET MicroSoft shop. This is our first venture into Java. This final product should be able to run as an executable within Windows XP/2003. You may download the SDK from Google.
