Must be a PROFESSIONAL looking ACT Prep Software for the MATH section. Must be done my way - see the attached document.
I have purchased two old ACT Math exams and have scanned the 120 problems that your software must cover but must offer millions of problems (random changes to each problem) ie if problem was 2x+3=5 then change the numbers and make some negative... - all solved step by step. Note: Due to any possible legal issues I cannot attach them here. It may be okay, but just in case. If you want to see what type of Math questions are asked on a ACT Math Exam please go by your library and look at any ACT Math Prep class book. If you are NOT good at math this is NOT the project for you!!!
I will send the successful bidder the copies of the two old ACT Math exams.
I MAY accept up to three bids (one for language that will play on all Windows computers like VB, or VC++, etc), (one for something like VB.NET or Java or something that is not on most computers but will run if they download something) and one for Web. Please tell me which one you are doing your bid for. If more than one, please let me know. **YES, I know** I will have to pay all three people if I accept 3 bids, that is NOT a problem.
Your English must be pretty good! I don't mind helping a little here and there, but not all the time, unless your bid is dirt cheap. Can you provide me samples of your work (remember no contact info) - if it is imbeded in your work, then screen shots will be fine.
Remember 4 executables are required! See attached file for more info. Also, all problems must be solved in a step by step matter.
NOTE: Due date is NEGOTIABLE before you send your bid.
Please give me your bid and timeline. Quicker is better.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Must include installer as well as uninstaller!

Windows XP and other Windows platforms will be nice.
