This brief is for a promotional website for Wilowe Fields. The requirement is for a modern, attractive, user friendly and informative web site likely to appeal to customers interested in experiencing rural New Zealand staying in a high quality self - contained apartment.
Business logo
The brief also calls for an attractive logo for use throughout the website, business cards and all promotional material. Three designs should be submitted.

Home page
The home page should upload quickly, be simple, attractive and easy to navigate from. This page needs to be effective in obtaining optimal search engine results where high quality self contained accommodation and holidays in rural New Zealand are sought.
Contents pages
The contents pages need to include the following headings. These headings should interlink and provide access to all areas of the website. They should be capable of accepting additional pages, being updated regularly and allowing for the addition of further headings in the future. The updating of the site text and uploading of new pages and photographs should be achievable by Wilowe Fields. Other functionalities will need to be added on over time.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The project should reach as many different operating systems as possible including "Windows XP", "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape" and "Linux" etc.
