A wordpress template - must be almost identical to askmen.com

I want a new wordpress template. The sidebar for menu must be similar to [login to view URL] including fonts and everything. That includes the static bar with logos on top of the website like askmen.com. The homepage display will have the similar design as [login to view URL] too. If you can see on the homepage, every posts updates there is a circle with "+" sign on it. The orange colour? When you click on it, you can choose to: 1. add to my magezine 2. tweet 3. share 4. send email 5. post on google+ i want the blog walls to have the same features where users can click on the "+" sign and choose above features and users may choose to add interesting posts to their own magezine so they can choose what to read first before start reading. this is the most important part. another extra features i would like to add is to exclusive icons showing number of shares/likes and comments on the blog displays homepage. When the user already choose to read the post, I want the post design to be like this : [login to view URL] as you can see, users can read the post horizontally, and there is a (this is a hidden msg,put "hello donkey" in your bidding comments to show you already read everything) minimaps features and photo galleries in the post. I want the exact same design for the post with the comment section on the far right just like what you can see on the link. i want the minimaps to be more interactive than the one provided by the link above. I need this in 1 month time. The template must have a very good backend interface so it will be easier for admins to manage the template.
