Customize Wordpress' "Twenty Thirteen"-Theme - to Post Categories into Columns etc.

Need to customize the Twenty Thirteen"-Theme, expecially: (1) COLUMNS: all postings - either directly or via the "WP Robot" or Wp-o-Matic plugin (automated postings) should go into 4 columns so that category1 postings in column 1, category2 postings into column 2 etc.; altogether 4 columns for postings + 1 right Sidebar (optionally) for advertisements; on top of each colum should be a space of ca. 3 lines and a dummy image each. (2) all adjustments have to be DOCUMENTED in a seperate Word-/Text file with brief overview of which file was changed and which code in which line changed/added etc. (3) OTHER: in future possibly other minimal adjustments like formatting fonts, colors, re-arranging widgets, sidebars etc. Pls. offer flat rate for (1) and (2) and hourly rate for (3) (pot. future work) and earliest start and end dates of project (will grant online access to WP database).
