I am looking for someone to covert an HTML template into a Joomla 3 template based upon the JoomlArt T3 BS3 framework. The individual or company I am looking for should already have experience with the T3 framework as with all frameworks, it has its nuances and I need somebody with the expertise to implement this cleanly. The individual or company I am looking for should be able to communicate clearly and often with questions and status updates. The HTML template is the Corex template found here: [login to view URL] I have the template and all of its related HTML, CSS, JS, documentation, etc. The template is very cleanly designed and well documented. I am looking for this template to be implemented - as is - as a JoomlArt T3 BS3 based template. I have experience with Joomla and the template framework - I am just lacking the time at the moment to do this right. I am not looking for any further implementation or customization beyond the creation of the Joomla template with all of the different pages, styles, and elements that are included with this HTML template.
