Convert HTML Template to Wordpress

I am in need of someone to convert this template [login to view URL] to work with wordpress. I have purchased this template but as it does not yet support wordpress looking for it to be converted All features will need to be able to be converted from the HTML version but some can be controlled by existing plugins wordpress has. Key Features needed - Exact copy of design and module areas from the HTML files, PSD files and Images I provide. - Menu sections able to be switched on and off with customization - News format on front page able to mimic the current template with category sorting (or just show latest posts in same format with no category menu formatting) - styles and features found under the formatting section - 3 simple page designs (full width, left column and right column) for internal pages (no including the home page) - Suggested plugins to work with the theme This Project is basically a conversion, no plugins are needed to be created and please work this with the DEFAULT wordpress options, Only edits or things included i would need plugin wise is Banner, Gallery and post formatting suggestions (not custom made all free ones or suggest paid ones) Please when bidding respond with the words "I love cheesecake" so I know you read this post..
