Build a Website

I am looking for a freelance developer to work with long-term. I am a freelance designer and quite regularly acquire work for website designs. My process would involve providing you with a design in Photoshop. This could be just a desktop home page and content page or it could have detailed layouts at 4 different breakpoints – it would really depend on the job. The jobs will vary in terms of complexity. The job I have on offer at the moment is a very simple website in terms of structure. There is no e-commerce or moving parts, it will simply be a home page backed up by quite a few content pages. I do have a job in the next month or so which will be a lot more detailed. It will have e-commerce, users, calendars and a social media aspect. I need the developer to have excellent communication skills as a priority. On top of that you will have vast experience in developing websites through wordpress from scratch. This should not be built using an existing template, and the code would be long to the client ultimately. My second job will have a lot of elements so please don’t overstate your coding ability. All websites will need to be responsive to perfectly fit any device (fluid responsive - not device specific) I need you to be able to take control of all of the technical aspects of the website including hosting (I will have all usernames / password for what you need and you would put everything into place). Going forward I would like you to be my main point of contact for my technical needs whether it is support for existing website, changing server settings or developing websites from scratch. The companies that I deal with are start-ups so the budgets are not big though I have had a regular flow of work in the last year. I have selected this as a small project but this initial job would be at the lower end of that budget.
