We currently have two websites. The backend / order management flow needs to be improved greatly!
-Need to change merchant processor and implement a new payment API/Gateway. **THIS ONE IS ASAP - NEEDS TO GET DONE IN 24 HOURS
-Need to add a better order management control
-We deal with customized products. We have several vendors and also manufacturer in house. We mainly deal with B2B. We need a order status screen to tell us what order is late by the vendor. We need a order status page to tell us which orders that were being processed in-house - like which one is late, which one is due today, which one needs to start manufacturing today, etc.
-Need to add a field for "Cost"
-We need a "production start date" for houston
-Also need a report function to tally month's sale. Profit/Loss based on Cost and revenue entered. I also need a section where I can download a list of customers email addresses to-date.
-Need to work with Fedex/UPS API integration for shipping module.
-Per order statuses, customers should be updated via email accordingly- automatically when status is changed.
