We operate a recruitment website. We require a automated edm to inform our clients of the latest applicants who we have on our books.
Ideally the automated edm should include:
Title of the newsletter "Latest Candidates available now!"
Summary list of the latest 10 candidates uploaded to the database. Should feature picture of candidate and name
Ability to be emailed out at a set date & time
There needs to be a hyperlink on the Candidates name and picture in the newsletter to prompt them to visit the website and direct them to the sign in/sign up button.
Layout: needs to be easy to view on mobile devices. Maybe 10 vertical rows is the easiest. Ie - 1 row per candidate
In header or footer
- company logo
- like us on Facebook
- company address, telephone and email address
- text box at top with the ability to add customized text if you want
- details of recommendations/affiliations (info to be provided to awarded freelancer)
