Create modern impressive Dreamweaver template for site.

Hello, I own a small website [login to view URL] . It is a table based site and looks out of date. 1.) I want a template and I can use in Dreamweaver to apply to my various pages and a few other websites with the same editable regions as [login to view URL] and have the youtube video incorporated into the page. 2.) The site needs to be HTML5 and have a static footer similar to my compeditor's site [login to view URL] . I don't want any flash and it needs to be compatible for all browsers. 3.) I would like the site to be similar to [login to view URL] except I want the moving graphics to be on the right side of the screen and the video placed on the left (place video similar to [login to view URL]) 4.) Don't use any flash and it needs to be compatible for all browsers. 5.) I like the textures/colors of Kylesteed.com. Since my post cards and other marketing materials have a lot of yellow, please incorporate some yellow into the look. The yellow doesn't have to be bright and can just be highlights. 6.) My logo needs to be incorporated as well as the menu choices on my site. 7.) Rounded courners, shaddows etc a plus
