AS 3.0 Expert. Create form in flash from provided php code

Plain and simple. We have a php form that is capturing data. We need to include this form in a flash file so we are looking for an expert in Action Script 3.0 We will provide you the php source code and also the flash source code. You just have to create the form and include it in the flash file with Action Script 3.0 BE AWARE that the form will NOT go into an email. The php form is generated automatically from a software called Sugar CRM, so the data will go to the database of this software, instead of being sent to the email.
