The website would then need to email the customer a PDF copy of there estimates and email the same thing to the admin. Customers would be able to open an account, and they would be able to track the progress of there vehicle and manage there account. We would need an admin panel to manage booking and to update customers on the progress of there bookings. And to create accounts for walk in customers and telephone bookings. Customers need to be able to login to there account and track the progress of the repair. How the website will work: On the home page there will be a prompt asking the customer to either enter the registration in, or to choose the make an model of the vehicle, on the customer has done that, the can continue to step 2. Step 2 There would be a Car Template, and the customer would need to indicate where the vehicle is damage by clicking on the car template. The more the panels the customer clicks on the higher the estimate. In the right hand corner of the website, I want there to be price estimate. Step 3 The customer would then be prompted for their details, and to create an account. Step 4 Complete estimate price and the chance to book there time slot to either deliver the vehicle or have it collected.
