AutoCAD DWF to Flash

This is for Flash programmers ONLY. The code should work on a computer that has Flash MX 2004. The code should be 100% Flash and no third party add-in/components. What you are asked to do is create a Flash from an attach DWF file (so everything should end up as a vector line/circles in flash). The flash should enable pan (up, down, left, right), zoom and click on a specific area should popup another window and load a webpage. A feature such as print just the soon contain in the Flash view would be a bonus. This project is a proof of concept. The idea is that the rectangle is a hockey rank and the circle are hockey players (center, L/R Wing, L/R Defenseman and a goalie). When you click on a circle it will popup a windows and link a specific URL (doesn’t matter what so long as I can change it later). For clarity I would just create a [login to view URL], [login to view URL] up to [login to view URL] for each player that get loaded. What would a finish product look like? A html file with a flash file that has the rank with players. Have pan (up, down, left, right) and zoom. Click on a circle (player) and it popup a window with a file??.html opened. Again, to be able print on just what is in the flash view would be extra but should be included in your bid if you plan to do this. For example, pan left, then zoom in, zoom in, then print. The print page should have just what was seen in the flash window. Added April 13: webpage/flash should be white background and text/shapes/lines should be in black. ## Deliverables Timeline First 3 days: code and test. At the end of the 3 days the coding should be all done. After the first 3 days, the code MUST be sent to me for review. The next 2 days will be used to fix any problems. Deadline: The total time the coder will have to do this project is 5 days from when the bid is accepted. Do not bid if you can’t deliver within this timeframe. Do not bid if you can’t start on this project after I accept your bid. Again, 3 days + 2 days = 5 days (I’m stating this because I had a previous coder that was confused about this addition concept). Also, I consider 5 days to be the worst case unless you can convince me otherwise. Any extra time between this timeline and RAC deadline is for the buyer use and not for the coder. For example, if the buyer wasn't able to respond to the coders question within 2 days; only then will extra time be added to the project at the buyer discretion and NOT the coders. Please DO NOT bid if what you just read is confusing for you. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables) by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) Coder will not resell/used/distribute any documents and source code that was used in the creation of this project. 3) Coder will delete/destroy all documents and source code related to this project within 90 days of completion. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Sub routine and function should be used where appropriate and commenting is a must, enough that a non-programmer reading it should know what the code should do. ## Platform Work with Flash MX 2004 and IE 6.0
