Academic counselling website redesign(repost)

We are looking for a redesign of [[login to view URL]][1]. As you can see, every thing about the website is very basic and just HTML based and boring. We want something more appealing to look at and portray a positive impression about us to our stie visitors. THe firm is an educational counselling firm which helps students to gain entry into higher education (universities). We would there for like the inclusion of relevant images to highlight this fact. We are looking to re-develop a very attractive looking website. The company logo (provided)should be animated with flash. A proper flash animation is required instead of just scrolling text. All/any information information are already available on the site but could be supplied if the need be. Our prefered site colour is royal blue along side any other matching colours. ONLY BIDDERS WITH SAMPLE WEBSITES WILL BE CONSIDERED AND PREFERABLY SOME RATINGS. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
