ASP.NET work

We have two websites ??" [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] which are versions of the same code base. The database is SQL Server, and the code is written in ASP.NET. Front end is Javascript using JQuery. RTBF currently points at a simplified version of the MiCandidate database. We want to create a new instance of the rtbf code base, point it at the MiCandidate database, and reskin it into a new website The main elements of the site are: i. A candidate page ii. A political party page iii. A political constituency page iv. A search results page Prior to the work we will: i. insert one column into the core record table on Micandidate to identify the record set we wish to target. ii. Copy the RTBF code into a new folder on the server, create a new site in IIS, and point the site at the MiCandidate database. You will be asked to: Map the fields in the RTBF code to their equivalent in Micandidate database tables and edit all SQL statements to work with the MiCandidate database and the target record set. Home Page Create a new [login to view URL] page that will have the same structure as the existing page, with Flash map navigation, and communications elements, but will replace the party logos on the right of the screen with candidate pictures. You will also be expected to remove the header and footer on the RTBF code and replace with the MiCandidate header and footer. Edit the HTML in the new footer to reflect the new data. MiCouncil Page At the moment councilors are identified by the ward they were elected too. We do not have a relationship in the database between the wards and the councils. You will be asked to create a table in the database for the 30 councils each with approximately 5 wards to establish this relationship, and to create a [login to view URL] page that references the wards, and the councilors elected to them. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Final site to be loaded to our server, (to be supplied by us) and to made fully operational in all versions of internet explorer, safari, firefox and chrome.
