design a static website for an environmental company

This company provides environmental services, such as treating sewer, measuring air pollution, environmental construction, and dealing with hazardous waste. the design style for this project is to be very clean and upto date web 2.0 design style. 1. the company needs a static website with 7-8 tabs, all of them are with the same homepage design. 2. the homepage design is to be simple but well designed, it has to have a photo image banner and the page tabs. 3. the site will be in Hebrew language, all texts will be provided. you don't have to know anything on Hebrew except that is a right to left language. 4. To be provided by us: - relevant examples of similar websites - relevant examples of well designed websites. - All texts - compnay logo - you will need to retouch the existing logo to fit to the website design 5. you must provide with examples of your work, and bid a price for this project. New designers that are without any relevant work examples, are welcome to provide low resolution homepage sketch design for this project as a proof of concept. 6. Optional- if you do flash movies, please provide with relevant examples of your work and an additional bid price for making a short introduction movie (to be shown on the banner of the homepage that will display the company logo, then a series of relevant photo images, and relevant texts about the company. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform regular linux/unix hosting website handout: - All source files related to the site. - instructions on how to install / host the project. - instructions on how to update static pages, and how to operate the control panel for updating news items.
