design of an information/affiliate website(repost)

This project is about the creation of a (mini) website to promote phone cards. I have a couple of affiliate accounts for phone cards. I have registered [login to view URL] simply as a way to guide traffic to these affiliates. Objective 1. The information/affiliate website will inform about and promote online phone cards. The site will promote phone cards from three companies, with referral links, banners and text links. Objective 2. The site design will include the direct promotion (advertisement) for seven phone cards sites, which I operate as "own shop" either by using text links or specially designed banners, spread judiciously throughout the website. Text and images for the banners are to be developed. Most of the (little text) on this mainly promotional site should be easily found on the various sites where I am affiliated. I shall therefore simply add pointers to the above information. Obviously, the site must be SEO optimized. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
