convert PSD to HTML and change two boxes colors

#1- dont put images or text in the boxes, just the word "TEXT". #2- every box should be sliced into 3 pieces, the top header edge with the complete curved corners so I can use it at the CSS, the bottom edge the sam as the top one, and the body area. #3- I need the logo in its own cell. #4- the "join affilates" in its own cell. #5- I like the black box of the menu, can you change the colors of the other 2 boxes, to any color you find it will be good, I like the green at this page :[login to view URL] and the blueblack, but plz assure that they will look good, you are the designer. #6- I want to replace the woman image with this: a string of 0s and 1s like : 00010010011100100X00101001010010101011100 you will replace the "X" with the colored logo at :[login to view URL] I want you to write also "Proffessional Themes & Templates". #7- I need the small arrows as images as well so I can use them.
