changes on existing website

We need a coder that can solve some issues on the website [[login to view URL]][1] login details: username: test password: vulca_test This is the project scope: 1) Develop different colour schemes (brighter colours and lighter impression) 2) Make site usable in all current browsers (firefox, chrome, ie, ipad etc.) currently we observed problems with the menu bar and headings in ie9 3) add pictures that we will provide (in beforehand edit pictures in size and round corners etc.) 4) Make newsletter subscription in the lower right corner of the page work (.pl script for contact form already in place - maybe you can use that as well for the newsletter) 5) Make search function in the upper part work (no integrated google search page, please) 6) add four content pages with the then agreed design from above: thank you page for newsletter and contact page after successful submission, search result page and site map 7) fix transistion in upper logo - not 100% clean yet 8) Content on [login to view URL] should work as a mixture of <[login to view URL]> and <[login to view URL]> That means, user should see only the questions, but when clicking on it, answer should slide out. Clicking on the next question, old answer should slide back in and new answer below the new question should slide out 9) we are not sure how to design and layout [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - here we need a good suggestion 10) Deploy favicon from "normal size" logo that we will deliver as usual png or jpg Even though we consider this list as complete, that does not mean that this is exclusively it for this project. If there are minor issues that occur during the project, we assume that you will fix that as well. So basically, we are looking for a coder that can bring this website development to an end.
