I have had an issue after a migration to another server. At first only a couple of websites had an issue, one didn't load images, and the other couldn't load CSS. While others didn't have a problem. But some how I made things worse. :( Now I would consider this an emergency because none of the sites work. The *.jsp and *.action files are served by tomcat, but the static files that are supposed to be served by Apache do not work. I look in the error log and it seems that sites are looking in the wrong web root. example, "File does not exist: /var/www/[login to view URL]" however the [login to view URL] site is not the one being loaded. Please note that this is an emergency project. The coder should have good experience with apache and tomcat. After completion of this project, all websites must be able to load the appropriate files from the appropriate locations without an issue, and the websites must appear to function well. The are around 10 websites in total.
