Display CD Information in Pop-Up window using Amazon's API and Amazon Associate ID

We will FTP upload to our webserver a .txt file which contains among other things the Artist and Album name for the currently playing song for our online radio station. We want a clickable graphic button displayed on our website (we can provide graphics for button) so that when someone clicks on that button, a new web browser window opens, displaying [login to view URL]'s page information for that Artist's Album. We need this to properly interface to Amazon's API so that the API is aware of our Amazon "Associate ID" so that if the person puts that Album into their "shopping cart" and buys the CD (or any other Amazon items during that browsing session) we receive our 5% sales commission from [login to view URL] for that sale and it is credited to our "Associate ID" account. When each song changes that is played on our online radio station the file [login to view URL] is automatically FTP uploaded to our webserver. We can place "de-limiter" items inside this [login to view URL] file (such as asterisks or "pipes") to make it easier for the programmer to extract the correct parts of the [login to view URL] file, which is probably the name of the Artist and the Album. We have posted a publicly viewable "mock-up" done in Photoshop which shows an example of what we think the completed work would look like: <[login to view URL]> We are interested in having a "Song History" page made available (which is shown in the above example). It shows the information for the currently playing song as well as the 15 previous songs, all with links clickable to [login to view URL] which must include our "Associate ID" correctly given to Amazon's API. If this requires the use of the SQL database on our webserver it would be the responsibility of the programmer to set that up and get it working as we have no experience working with SQL or MySQL. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) If "bugs" are discovered programmer agrees to fix them up to 120 days after job completion. 5) Clear and concise instructions from the programmer on how to install any necessary components on webserver 6) If use of SQL database on webserver is required, programmer is responsible for configuring, setting up and getting the SQL up and running since we have no experience doing this. 7) 90 days of after-completion, no-charge e-mail and/or telephone (If based in U.S. or Canada) technical support. 8) Programmer is eligible to receive design credit on our home page in consideration of lower job pricing.
