Simple Desktop Form & Database/Webpage A simple desktop form is required that posts fields to a web database. The web database can then be viewed online, searched (including a from/to date search), printed and exported. The posting and the viewing needs to be authenticated. Users to be given a username/password at signup that they can subsequently change. It will be used to provide service to around 1000 users. Some of the fields may be decimal. The user should be able to click any of these fields on the webpage and display the values on a chart. The values displayed may also be a simple calculation of fields eg “Field 1 plus Field 2??, or maybe “Field 1 divided by Field 3 plus Field 2 divided by Field 3??. There should be a “print chart?? button. A special field is optionally required to allow the viewing of a screenshot taken when the "Take Picture" button on the desktop form is clicked. This screenshot needs to be uploaded and be viewable by clicking a "View Picture" button, one for each entry in the database. A default webpage/database configuration will be used, but the user will change this to their desired configuration. The configuration changes might include different field names, default values, add/delete fields and of course their username/password. Field types could be Text, Decimal, Date, Time and Dropdown (dropdown to also allow text entry). When the user has set their required configuration on the webpage, they should click a button and generate a desktop form, which they then download. The form should to be around 10cm x 6cm in size. It needs to include the fields and default values, the Take Picture button if selected, the post url and a link to open their webpage. The post url and the webpage url need to be authenticated. Please explain what language the form would be in and if you recommend an alternative design approach.
