Dating/Nanny Website, Creating user database and Checkout option.

I need a website to store user profiles. It will hide the contact information until user pays for subscription. Internet users can see the profiles (do a free search) of these people but when they want to contact them they need to pay. Once they pay a user id and password will be generated for 10 days, 60 days, 6 months depending on the option they select. Need the website done in joomla or drupal or php. Payment is through paypal or Visa, AMEX, MasterCard. 3rd page of "free nanny search" will have all the details/biography/resume/contact of nanny Need an administration page where I have the option to show or not show the contact information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
