Database setup and Image Manipulation

I need someone to set up a website for me that works exactly like this. I would like it done in PHP and MYSQL but am open to other idea's. [login to view URL] How the website needs to work. 1. Select one of three products I sell. This takes you to the next page. 2. Select the version of the product. Next page 3. Select the quanity and calculate total price. Next page 4. Customer enters there information same as website listed. Next page. 5. A JPG or Gif version of the product is displayed with the text the customer just entered shown on the image. If the customer like what they see they will submit the order. 5. Once the order is submitted I want an email sent to me giving me the details of the order. ## Deliverables Provide a copy of source code Site must functionally be the same as [login to view URL] 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE and Firefox. Would like program in PHP and SQL.
