We currently use eStores by BankofAmerica for some of our credit card processing. We are told they are switching to Cybersource (a company that processes credit cards) and that we will need to change our setup.
Currently, we do a secure HTTP Post to post payments, but this will NOT work going forward. We would like to figure out how to do it automatically.
Meaning: We are very proficient in MS-SQL and have .NET running most of our intranet. But...We don't want to take the time to develop this app.
We need someone to generate something (Not a stand-alone program...That's easy)...But instead....Either an MS-SQL stored proc or MS-SQL DTS package or something like that...that will allow us to post payments using whatever parameters we feed into the system.
Whatever you develop must receive back the status codes from Cybersource.
NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CYBERSOURCE SPECIFICALLY PLEASE DO NOT BID.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
MS-SQL Only. VB.NET is fine if it's in ASP.NET but no stand-alones unless you tell us that's the only way to do it.
