Custom FLV Player with Live Logging and Feedback

I need a custom FLV player with corresponding PHP that will log the user in realtime. When a user gets to the page, it will save the users IP address in the database, and as the time goes on, it will save the amount of time that the user stays on the site and watches the video. Below the video it will show a description ("description" field) Below the description it will show the ability to rate the video on a scale of 1-5 stars. It will show 5 stars that are not filled in, and if you hover over, it will fill in. (See YouTube rating style when you try to rate the video on [login to view URL] ) After the user rates, it should say "Thank you for Rating" Under the rating stars, should be a button to Share. When clicked, it should show the following: Copy and paste this link into an email or instant message: Direct link to the video website that the user is on Facebook button, that will pop up a window like this link: [login to view URL] (Link above replaced with link to video, obviously) Twitter button, that will pop up a window like this link: [login to view URL] Under the Share links, on screen will be a small box where user can comment on the video and press the Post Comment button on the screen. For the Movie Player, you should be able to: 1) Track along the video (slide the bar to move to different parts) - If the user moves the duration farther along, the FLV player must make sure that it updates the "duration" field so it is correct 2) Mute or Raise volume 3) Make full screen 4) Video size should be 640x360. Database Schema Attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
