Convert Static Site to Dynamic/CMS

Need site [login to view URL] converted from a static site to a dynamic one. This can be done using joomla or any other cms that the coder thinks would suit. Any coder who would like to bid on this project must first examine the site to ensure that they can complete the task in a short time. site must look the same as the static site. All content must be editable on each page using the cms this includes: * meta tags * page title * heading phone number * page main heading (welcome to [login to view URL]) * left side content * right side content * middle main content * bottom links There is a video on the homepage that should be changable. The contact form needs to be addressed: will it still work with the cms solution that will be provided or does another one need to be implemented? The side menu needs to be addressed: There needs to be the possibility of adding more links to this in the future, current menu may need to be replaced by cms menu to facilitate this. there is a sitemap here: [login to view URL] This conversion needs to be carried out by someone who can work on it full time as there will be a short deadline for completion. The deadline that we are requesting is for Thur 10th of December. If any coder feels they can do it sooner then than would be an advantage but you must stand by your claim as we will hold you to the deadline. on completion the code must be sent to us for testing and if we have any trouble installing the cms on our servers then we will require further assistance from the coder.
