I am looking for a firm to build a web site for the management and sale of vehicles between Salvage Yards and Insurance companies. I have attached what I have labeled as modules, basically each is a function of the web site, some could be single pages and some are multiples.
I would like the site to have a look and feel like Dot Net Nuke, in fact if you prefer you can build this as a module for DNN. Language requirements are fairly loose, but needs to be .NET.
Users must have a hierarchal structure to them so users are overseeing work of other users below their control in the user tree.
Please ask any questions you have, I am a .Net coder and understand the technology, but his project is way too big for me to handle and I have never had to specify the requirements for something so large, so I am not aware what you need to quote correctly.
