Community portal for jugglers

I need a webpage to be made, a communitypage for jugglers. It will include news, guides, webshop and a vB forum. I will need both coding and designing. ## Deliverables Frontpage - news I want the ability to post news on the frontpage through a adminpanel. Each news should have a "comment" section which leads directly to the automatically forumpost about the subject. Guides I want the ability to write and post guides through the adminpanel, with text, pictures and videos. Each guide should have a "comment" section which leads directly to the automatically forumpost about the subject. Menu I want a menu with the ability to add menuitems like an aboutsection, a historysection and such, and to write articles. Each article should have a "comment" section which leads directly to the automatically forumpost about the subject. Forum I want a forum, preferrably vB forum (which I'll buy) with hacks that makes tags similar to those on the Somethingawful dot com/forums. It has the ability to tag each thread with a tag of free choice (which I can make), and to sort by tags. I do not need the forum to be integrated in the site with the menu, the forum can be standalone as long as it has link to the frontpage, and has the same design. Webshop I want a decent webshop with the ability to buy things with visa, rate (like 1-5 stars or something) and to comment on the products. Design I want the whole page to be designed to fit together, with a more happy theme focused on juggling, and try to tone down the "clown circus part" of juggling and focus on beeing more casual and hip. Colours, but not too much, juggling equipment but not red balls by a clown. I also want everything in ready to use condition. I will leave very much up to the webdeveloper to decide, so I do need a certain amount of trust, and I need the webdeveloper to think a bit him/herselves. ## Platform The webpage needs to run smoothly on the most common browsers like Opera, Firefox/Mozilla, Safari and IE.
