CSS coding of Table based HTML template design

We want to migrate an old HTML template designed with tables to HTML and CSS. Actual site can be checked at [login to view URL] and exact template to be rewritten has been placed at [login to view URL] (it is also enclosed here in a ZIP file). Recoding of the template must follow the following: - Used javascript must be extracted to a .js file, as it will be included in every use of the template along site navigation - Intensive use of CSS must be achieved as is the object of the migration. HTML size must be reduced to minimum. - Template must be redesigned for 1024 width screens (actually 800x600) - Space for a Leaderboard banner (728x90 pixels) must be saved (actually old small size banner) - Animation of links must be preserved. - Current graphic texts must be migrated to real text to save space when possible. ## Deliverables We expect a Zip file with the following files: .html (or .jsp) file, .css file, .js file and all graphic files that have changed . Deliverable must work just after been extracted (no absolute links as coder must get current external graphics and include them in the ZIP file to be referenced locally (relative link) ## Platform Page must work in Explorer (Windows), Mozilla (Linux, Windows and MacOS) and Safari (MacOS)
