CMS based site with dating functionality

I am considering using CMSMS for a client project, because it seems very flexible but most of all very easy to use. The client wants to be able to maintain the site himself and most of the CMS's out there are simply to difficult for basic editing/maintanance. General info: The project is the development of a US site for a new franchise business: a fitness center service for seniors. The site should contain basic information about the business, investor information, franchise information, contact information and other information pages. A good example is the following competitor site: [login to view URL] This project will basically be the same as the example site above, with at least one additional feature: a dating module that enables fitness center members to contact each other anonymouly. I take care of the design, project management and content of this project, using the CMS. I have however not enough programming experience to be able to develop the extra needed functionality. ## Deliverables In the first phase of this project I need help with the following: 1. Confirmation that CMSMS is the right platform to use (e.g. can is it flexible enough for the functionalities described below? How many users can it contain? etc.) 2. Customization (if necessary) of the user management system Basically there are 5 types of users with different rights: 1. administrators with access to everything 2. shareholders/investors, with access to shareholder specific information 3. franchise owners with access to franchise information 4. fitness club members with access to their own personal page and a dating module (see point 3) 5. anonymous users (basic internet browsers) 3. The development of a dating functionality The site should contain a dating module with the following initial functionality: - Users can edit their own profile, upload picture(s), use internal mail program to anonymously contact other members (also from other fitness clubs), browse/search profiles of other users and list them with similar interests (e.g. age, locality, sex etc.). 4. Find franchise center functionality Some kind of search functionalty should be programmed to be able to find the different available centers At a later stage (version 2, starting about 3 months after completion of the first version) there might be the need for more functionalty, e.g.: 5. Franchise centers should be able to maintain/edit a basic page with information about their own center Franchise owner logs in and gets access to edit functionality 6. Franchise owner should be able to do basic user maintanance (add/delete users) that are a member in their own fitness center 7. Users should be able to see which center they are a member off 8. Multilanguage/country support 9. Tie-in to the franchise center managment software Each franchise center has access to some kind of franchise management software. It could be preferable to link these user databases together... ## Platform PHP, MySQL based CMS, preferable CMS Made Simple. If you have other CMS suggestions, please give examples to demo site, including backend.
