Model the component shown from FILE4 (from the uploaded Files I have attached in [login to view URL])
in I-Ideas Generative Machining, create appropriate machining operations.
The machining operation required for this component is - TURNING!
The Speeds and Feed instructions are given in File2 and File3 from the [login to view URL] file uploaded.
To someone who knws what they are doing this project shouldnt take more than an hour or so!
Please bid on this project as soon as possible, as it needs to be completed by the 21st latest.

## Deliverables
*The component displayed with dimensions in Pdf File4, needs to be modelled.
*Then a Chuck & stock also have to be modelled. The Chuck can be a short Cylinder of suitable diameter.
The Stock should be about about 5MM larger in diameter than the compoment and long enough to allow the component to be finished by parting off.
These will be evidenced from the I-DEAS manufacturing assembly.
*Then, using I-DEAS Generative Machining, create apropriate machining operations to fully produce the component.
No need to produce CL or NC files.
*FEEDS & Spindle speeds also need to be input. The feeds and speeds required are shown on Pdf File2 and File3.
*The Files to be submitted must be model files *.mf1 and *.mf2
## Platform
The program needs to run on the WINDOWS XP environment using the program I-DEAS NX V11.
