Build An Interactive Website

I need an interactive website to be built. It needs to have the following capabilities: The ability for a person to register for a free 7 day trial to view the website. Which includes a form which gathers the persons information on a secure page. I would like the form to gather the persons IP address, to prevent possible multiple free trials from the same IP address. Once the person is registered for the free trial I will need them to automatically receive an email assigning a user name (their email address) and temporary password which will only work for the 7 day period. They should be able to login using their new password and be able to access all of the pages of the site. If the person chooses to register for a full membership, they should be led to a secure page which will ask for their personal information. I will need to charge customers monthly for full member ship. The shopping cart may or may not be part of this project. Please let me know if you can help in this area. I need the site to look professional and attractive. I have a basic knowledge of frontpage and once the site is finished I will need to be able to make basic changes to the site's content myself. I will need text and articles posted on the front page of the site. The site will be around 5 or 6 pages, all content and a couple of pictures. I need to be able to manually cancel a login password in case someone does not pay their monthly fee. I need the person registering & paying the monthly fee to be able to choose their own password. If I cancel a password and then choose to turn it on again, I would like it to automatically become the previously used password again. Please include features like, "forgot your password" and then allow the person to receive their password via their email address. Please allow registered users to edit their personal information like email address and password, address, ...etc. after logging in. If the person changes their information, please send a confirmation to email to the original user, notifying them that they have changed their personal information and if it was by mistake to please contact me. Please, no frames. I need this site to be very user friendly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
